2. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Show Policy

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, booking platform, or by phone
• Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined during booking
• Elite Body Services reserves the right to charge the card on file for missed appointments or late cancellations
• Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments or loss of booking privileges

3. Health Disclosures & Client Responsibility

4. Treatment Results

• Individual results from laser hair removal, body contouring, and weight loss programs vary based on skin type, hair color, hormonal factors, and personal health
• Elite Body Services does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any treatment
• Multiple sessions are typically required for optimal results; the number of sessions needed will vary per individual
• Clients are advised to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new aesthetic or weight loss program

5. Package Purchases & Refund Policy

• All service packages and prepaid sessions are non-refundable once purchased unless otherwise required by Florida law
• Service packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing client
• Packages must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase; expired packages are forfeited without refund
• In the event of a documented medical contraindication preventing completion of a purchased package, Elite Body Services will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis

6. Intellectual Property

• All content produced by or on behalf of Elite Body Services — including branding, photography, videography, treatment protocols, graphics, website content, and written materials — is the exclusive property of Elite Body Services
• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Elite Body Services content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited

7. Photography & Social Media
